I thought of this website as a place to publish some explanation of some verses of the Quran done in english in the first place to the english speaking reader.  It is largely based on the Tafseer books, mainly Tabari, Ibn Katheer, Qurtobi, In  the Shade of the Quran, El-Asas. 

Also I referred to the Serah by Ibn Hesham, and to 9 Hadith Books, Bukhari, Muslim, Muwata, Termezi, Abu Dawood, Ibn Magah, Ahmed, Nesaea and Daremi. 

The above references were used also when writing the articles which discuss an idea or concept in Islam.

I hope that the readers find it useful and will look forwards to your comments and conbribution.
